At Home Booty Workout: No Equipment

With that being said there risk is very low. I mean come on there is no equipment. This at home booty workout is sure to get that bum on fire. Just make sure that the quality of the movement is on par. Remember it’s quality before quantity. Oh and be prepared to feel sore if you have not worked out this portion of your body in a while. Without further a do lets get into the workout.
The Workout
Complete this circuit 3 times. If you are ambitious go for 4 times. Plus an afterburner. 1 min rest after each round.
- 50 Bodyweight Squats
- 25 Front Lunge Each Leg
- 25 Single Body Weight Hip Thrust Each Leg

The AfterBurner
repeat 2 times with little to no rest in between.
- 50 Glute Bridges
- 50 Lying Down Side Leg Lift Each Leg


And there you have it. I usually do this type of workout when I haven’t had the time all day to go to the gym. This is my favorite part of the body to workout. Momma be losing the 20 year old booty as she transitions into the wonderful 30s. This at home booty workout definitely gave me a good burn. A nice good quickie you know what I’m saying. Oh and why don’t we give a round of applause to my 3 year old son who took the pictures for me. No joke he really did. I just told him when to push the button.
